This Privacy Notice explains how Misty Amey, trading as Build With MOM ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use TrackMy UGC (the "Service"). Contact: buildwith.mom@hotmail.com.

1. Data controller

Misty Amey (Build With MOM) is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data: email address, login credentials, display name.
  • Content you create: brands, jobs, content plans, income entries, ideas, equipment, feedback submissions.
  • Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, timestamps, pages viewed, error logs.
  • Support communications: messages you send us.

3. How we use your data

  • Create and secure your account (legal basis: contract).
  • Provide the Service and store your content (contract).
  • Prevent fraud and abuse; keep the Service secure (legitimate interests).
  • Respond to support requests and feedback (contract / legitimate interests).
  • Improve the product (legitimate interests).
  • Send transactional emails (contract). Marketing emails only with consent.
  • Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

  • Hosting & infrastructure: our platform provider hosts the app and database.
  • Merchant of Record — Paddle: Paddle.com Market Ltd. handles payments, subscriptions, tax, invoicing, and related customer service. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email buildwith.mom@hotmail.com. We aim to respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security in the database — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in, remember your theme, and operate the Service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
