30-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual Creator plans.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or
- Email us at buildwith.mom@hotmail.com and we'll help you.
Refunds are usually issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, your subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan. Your data stays intact, but paid-plan features are no longer available.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
